    We are currently investigating an issue related to blacked-out visitor signatures visible on passes when viewed via the Sine dashboard. We believe this is related to a compatibility issue on Sinepoint Pro devices running iOS 26. Please do not update your devices to this version until this issue is resolved.

    We are currently investigating an issue related to displays that have automatically been disconnected. This seems to apply to displays that were using the legacy username and password based authentication method and were automatically updated to SinePoint Pro version 2.9.0. If you encounter this problem, please restart the SinePoint Pro app and follow the instructions in the link below to reconnect your display.
