Sine experienced a notice incident on July 15, 2025 affecting SinePoint iPad App (iOS), lasting 6d 2h. The incident has been resolved; the full update timeline is below.

We are currently investigating an issue related to displays that have automatically been disconnected. This seems to apply to displays that were using the legacy username and password based authentication method and were automatically updated to SinePoint Pro version 2.9.0. If you encounter this problem, please restart the SinePoint Pro app and follow the instructions in the link below to reconnect your display.
