    We are undergoing an emergency maintenance on "Backup1" host, as a hardware fault has been detected. Customers who have backup accounts on this host will not be able to perform any backups or restores until the issue has been resolved. Please accept our sincerest apologies for the inconvenience caused and be assured that we are working hard to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. Further updates will be posted in due course.

    We are in process of setting up a new host, while we try to recover the old host and data held on the old host.

    We are still in process of trying to recover the data from "Backup1" host, in the meantime new host has been setup. We are recreating users on the new host and will be contacting customers that have been impacted due to the hardware issues on "Backup1", so that they can setup new policies on the brand new host and start backuping content. We apologies for the inconvenience caused to our customers.

    We are still in process of trying to recover the data from "Backup1" host, in the meantime new host has been setup and users are being recreated. Customers that have been impacted by this issue will be contacted in due course with instructions on what they need to do to start backuping up to the new host. We apologies for the inconvenience caused to our customers.

    Communication has been sent to all customer that were on "Backup1" . Customer data has been recovered and moved to "Backup3" and "Backup1" has been retired.
