    On the 28th December at approximately 2:13am, backup6.simplyhosting.com became unresponsive. The service was restarted, however this only temporarily alleviated the issue and the service itself crashed again on the 31st December. At this point the service was put into maintenance mode in order to preserve existing customer backups while we investigated the issue. Today we have managed to isolate the issue and we have taken the service out of maintenance mode. All tasks that were paused or due to run during the maintenance mode period will be queued and will eventually run.
