We've experienced a delay on the audio file upload process for episodes in the past few hours. The backend is now stable and operational.
We're experiencing some issues with the reporting of the Web Player stats (Average Completion, Hours Listened, Playback Duration, etc) in the Audience tab. Our teams are working on a fix to restore the displayed numbers. Rest assured, this is only a UI rendering issue and data is not affected.
The reporting issue has been addressed.
Some Simplecast customers may experience an issue where data is not being displayed when attempting to access the Monetisation tab in the platform. The Simplecast engineering teams have identified the root cause and are currently working on deploying a fix. We can confirm that no other platform functionalities are impacted at this time. Everything should be back to normal in the next hour.
We can confirm that the service has fully recovered and that the platform is operating normally.
We experienced an issue affecting ad insertion and delivery between May 15 at 14:00 UTC and May 16 at 23:00 UTC. During this time, an incorrect targeting rule in the backend prevented ads from being eligible for delivery. The issue has since been resolved by our Engineering teams, and we are actively enhancing our monitoring and alerting processes to help identify and address similar situations more quickly in the future.
For the shows that have updated their RSS feed since 13:00 UTC, the show name has been incorrectly updated to the RSS "main feed" name. We're working with the Engineering teams to restore the correct names for all affected feeds.
Issue has been resolved. All impacted RSS feeds should be shortly updated (this time may vary depending on each player's behavior).
Some of the graphs in the UI may show incomplete or missing data on some of the episodes for the past day. The issue has been identified by our teams and as soon as a fix is ready, data will be re-ingested and reprocessed in the next 24-48 hours. Delivery is NOT affected.
We are continuing to work on a fix for this issue.
The issue has been addressed and it affected analytics for episodes created on Jan 28th. Teams are still working on reprocessing the missing data.
