Type: Maintenance Duration: 6 hours Affected Components: Dallas Sep 19, 13:00:00 GMT+0 - Identified - On Saturday, September 19th, beginning at approximately 8:00 AM CST (UTC -5), all web hosting nodes, VPS nodes, and dedicated servers in the range of TX-D1 to TX-D32 will be physically migrated from our current datacenter in Dallas (Prime DC) to Equinix DA6 at the Dallas Infomart, the most connected datacenter in the region. This new datacenter provides enhanced network connectivity, increased power redundancy, and a higher level of physical security, all of which will contribute to a stronger and more resilient hosting environment. Then on Sunday, September 20th, beginning at approximately 8:00 AM CST (UTC -5), all dedicated servers in the range of TX-D33 to TX-D64 will be physically migrated to the new datacenter. We anticipate approximately 3 to 6 hours of downtime, which will involve removing the server from the current datacenter cabinet, transporting the server to the new datacenter, and then installing the server in the new datacenter cabinet. Our team will work diligently to keep the downtime to a minimum by completing the migration as quickly and as safely as possible. No action is required on your part. All current services, IP addresses, and configurations will remain unchanged. If you require that your service remain online for this migration, we can temporarily (or permanently if requested) move your service to a different datacenter location of your choice, such as Chicago, before the physical Dallas migration begins. Please contact us by September 15th if you are interested in this option, which will require an IP/DNS change but less than an hour of downtime that can be scheduled at your convenience. Please open a support ticket if you have any questions or concerns. Thank you for your continued trust and partnership. Sep 19, 19:00:00 GMT+0 - Completed - Maintenance has completed successfully
