    This incident has been resolved. The issue was caused by one of the servers going into an unhealthy state. The unhealthy server did not terminate automatically and thus traffic was still routed to it. We are investigating the root cause of the server becoming unhealthy and, more importantly, why it did not terminate automatically.

    Due to an error in the Event processing pipeline, events have not been delivered since 2026-08-14T11:50:46.984Z. We have identified the data that is causing this issue and we are investigating ways to fix the data.

    After the database maintenance performed today, our data indexing service did not properly recover, resulting in search indexes containing stale data for roughly 2.5 hours. In addition, due to an issue with the service's metric reporting, our monitoring system did not generate a timely alert. We are taking steps to prevent this from happening in the future.
