The Division of Information Technology continues to monitor the intermittent access issues affecting Microsoft 365 applications through Okta Single Sign-On (PirateNet). A workaround is available for users who encounter a 401 error when accessing Outlook through PirateNet. If the error occurs, remove everything after https://outlook.office365.com in the browser address bar, leaving only https://outlook.office365.com, and press Enter.
