Network issues are being observed in the ru-7 pool. Engineers are already aware of this problem and are working to resolve it.
- monitoring Nov 03, 2026, 03:28 PM UTC
At the moment, the virtual network controllers in the ru-7 pool have stabilized. They are processing the queue of events and errors caused by the failure and are restoring virtual network operations on the cloud servers. We recommend that you do not make any changes to cloud servers at this time—such as resizing, powering them on or off, or changing network settings—through the control panel, CLI, or API, as these actions may fail.
- monitoring Nov 03, 2026, 05:39 PM UTC
At the moment, the main work to restore the functionality of network components in the ru-7 pool has been completed. Issues with the availability of a small number of cloud servers and Kubernetes clusters persist; we are working on fixing them.
