Servebolt incident
Intermittent Website Availability Issues on luna-osl.servebolt.cloud
Ongoing since 05:16 PM UTC.
Our investigation into the November 5 incident affecting websites hosted on **luna-osl.servebolt.cloud** has identified the primary factors contributing to the disruption. We confirmed that unusually high traffic increased demand on the request-processing infrastructure and exposed a capacity limitation in the web server's request-handling mechanisms. This resulted in delayed requests, HTTP 503 (Service Unavailable) errors, and intermittent website availability issues. To address the issue, we have adjusted the web server's capacity configuration and updated our request classification and routing logic to improve how incoming traffic is handled. Following these changes, we verified successful request processing without further HTTP 503 errors or recurrence of the previously observed web server capacity errors during our validation period. The affected services are operating normally. We are continuing to evaluate additional safeguards to improve infrastructure resilience and reliability under unusually high traffic conditions. We apologize for the disruption and appreciate your patience while we investigated and addressed the issue.

- investigating Nov 06, 2026, 05:16 PM UTC
We are investigating an incident that affected the availability and response times of multiple websites hosted on our **luna-osl.servebolt.cloud** server on November 5, 2026, approximately between 18:45 and 19:50 UTC. During this period, unusually high request volumes caused delays in processing PHP requests. Some requests exceeded their processing time limits, resulting in HTTP 503 (Service Unavailable) errors and intermittent website availability issues. Our initial investigation identified PHP worker saturation and increased load on the web server. While the affected websites have recovered, we are continuing to investigate the underlying causes and the impact on other sites hosted on the server. We have implemented initial capacity adjustments and are reviewing our monitoring and alerting to improve early detection and response to similar incidents. We apologize for the disruption and will provide further updates as our investigation progresses.
