Google tightened its limits again early this morning (from about 05:30 UTC), which slowed searches and left many links as /goto URLs. Fixed: plain queries have real URLs for all results again (likely temporary); for queries with search operators (e.g. site:) we resolve the top three links and return the rest as /goto URLs, which /resolve turns into real URLs.

Google just made changes again impacting the temporary salutation to resolve the /goto links. We're looking into it.

We’ve made some (temporary) improvements that restore link resolution for plain queries. For queries with search operators (e.g. site:), we now resolve the top three links and return the rest as /goto URLs.
