We’re closing this incident as the issue is related to eBay moving the Sold and Completed filters behind a login. These filters are now only accessible to logged-in eBay users, which means we cannot scrape the data. This results in failed requests or empty results. Our engineering team is working on officially deprecating these filters. If eBay makes these filters available to logged-out users again, we’ll restore support for them on our end as well. Thank you for your patience and understanding.

We've identified that the performance has been worse due to the Sold and Complete filters being hidden behind a login, making API calls with these timeout, decreasing the overall success rate.
