Alerts for intermittent inbound call failures were received between 9.05 and 9.15 am Australian Eastern Daylight-Saving Time (AEDT) today. Monitoring indicated that the issue was resolved at 9.15 am. SecureCo did not conduct any remedial actions. We are continuing to monitor services and investigate to establish root cause.
