Increasing Capacity of Worker Platform

Update timeline

   We are going to add additional capacity to the worker platform.

   Maintenance started. As we need to dump & re-import the entire database, we expect this to take a few hours.

   Unfortunately, the import is taking longer than expected. Sorry for the additional downtime today.

   This took a lot longer than intended. Web is back online now, workers will follow shortly.
