[2025-12-18 Updates] 0345 UTC - Initial Notice, Team is investigating. 0647 UTC - The team has identified a potential cause for the issue. At this time, we recommend only delivering a small quantity of ships until a hotfix can be applied. 2110 UTC - A hotfix has been deployed to the live environment to correct this issue.
