    We are currently investigating an outage affecting the RSI Platform. [2026-01-24 Updates] 1340 UTC - Initial Notice, investigation in-progress. 1630 UTC - RSI Web Services coming back online. 1640 UTC - RSI Launcher API Restored. Team is continue to restore Live Services as soon as possible. 1800 UTC - Live Services are fully restored, Resolving incident while team continues to monitor. PTU Environment access remains limited but will be fully restored in a few hours.
