RevolutionEHR experienced a notice incident on March 5, 2025 affecting RevolutionEHR United States and RevolutionEHR Canada, lasting 2d. The incident has been resolved; the full update timeline is below.

We are receiving reports that providers with uploaded signatures in their employee file are not seeing those signatures when printing authorized prescriptions. Our engineering team is actively investigating this issue

The issue has been identified and our engineers are working on a resolution. We anticipate that this fix will be included in an update that will occur Thursday overnight. In the interim a workaround that can be used is to upload a new signature file in the provider employee file. However, after the update Thursday night all signature files will be working
