You may be experiencing calls being delivered to the PSAP's 10 digit 24 by 7 emergency line on VoIP service, this is a Single PSAP outage. This outage is believed to have begun at 2026-01-06 18:00 CST with an expected time to resolution of currently unknown. The cause of the outage is a Fiber Cut. The issue is affecting 911 call delivery to the following PSAPs: FCCID 6907, Smith County Sheriffs Office, TX.
