This outage is believed to have begun at 2026-04-01 16:09 CST with an expected time to resolution of 2026-04-02 17:00 CST. The cause of the outage was: A fiber cut. This is an Initial/Final Incident Notification for Incident ID TT 960701. Outage reporting was delayed due to downstream vendor investigation and impact scope confirmation.
