Rechat Outage History

We are experiencing a problem with our database our write operations are prevented. We will provide more details as soon as we have.

Our data center is going through major issues, disrupting our services.

We have migrated out infrastructure to a new data center. All services are up and running and the operation is healthy. We will continue to monitor the health of the services.

Our cloud provider, Heroku/Salesforce is experiencing a major outage right now.

We are continuing to investigate this issue.

While our cloud provider is still experiencing a major downtime, we have spawned up an alternative infrastructure to allow agents to continue their work. app.rechat.com should be operational now, with a slightly degraded performance. The API and the mobile apps are not using the new infrastructure and will continue to experience downtime. Brokerages using custom domains will continue to experience issues as well.

API, iOS and Android apps are now using the new infrastructure and operational now. We will continue to monitor the situation. Remaining affected services are the white labeled domains on top of Rechat. For those to operate, a DNS change would be necessary. If you are in charge of a white labeled domain, you can [temporarily] point your Rechat's hostname to the following IP address to start using the new infrastructure: 50.116.17.75

White labeled domains are back up and running as well as our cloud provider seems to be up.

Rechat's marketing website (rechat.com) is having issues. There has been a false alarm about Rechat's web app being affected as well, but Rechat's web app and API are up and running and not affected. Agents and brokerages are not affected by the incident. We are working with our vendors to resolve the problem with Rechat's home page Update: Rechat's marketing page was down due to planned maintenance by our website provider and is now up and running.
