We are aware that DUB100KVM is currently experiencing connectivity issues. We are currently looking into this node further and will provide additional updates on this matter once we have more information. UPDATE: ETA for a resolution on this is a few hours from now. We will share additional and more detailed information shortly. UPDATE: The physical node is currently on the bench at the datacenter for further troubleshooting. There looks to be a motherboard related issue and we are coordinating a replacement with the onsite techs. We will update with additional information shortly. UPDATE: We have narrowed down the issue to be a problematic motherboard, and to avoid further complications in the future we have taken the liberty of completely replacing it at this time, with the help of the Dublin on-site technicians. This node is now back online, and VMs hosted on this node should now be accessible. This incident is now resolved.
