Is Quick Base down?

Starting around 2:00 PM Eastern US Time, we are seeing an increase in delay in Pipelines building and execution. We are investigating vendor latency and will provide more information as soon as we have it.

The vendor latency has been resolved and all systems are back to normal operations.

The degradation was caused by a downstream issue at our platform provider, not by Quickbase. They experienced an internal service disruption in their us-central1 region that affected the infrastructure Quickbase relies on to boot and run instances. The disruption caused the slower scaling and execution times customers saw with Pipelines usage.

Starting around 8:30 AM Eastern US Time, we are experiencing an issue causing delays in executions for a subset of Pipelines. We have confirmed the executions are delayed and not failing. We will provide an update as soon as we have one.

Starting around 3:05 AM Eastern US Time, a provider incident is affecting our logging. Audit Logs and Platform Analytics may be impacted. We are actively working with the provider to resolve this issue as soon as possible and will provide an update as soon as we have one.

The provider has resolved the incident, and our platform operations are back to normal. During the impacted timeframe, customers may have experienced issues accessing Audit Logs and Platform Analytics. There was no data loss, and everything has been fully restored.

Starting around 2:45 AM Eastern US Time, we are seeing an increase in delayed emails sent from the Quickbase platform to any Microsoft O365 email provider recipient. We are currently investigating this incident and will provide an update as soon as we have one.

Microsoft has confirmed the delay was caused by an issue within their Office 365 email infrastructure, which affected delivery to O365 recipients broadly and was not specific to email sent from the Quickbase platform. Microsoft implemented a fix on their end, and we confirmed delivery returned to normal as of 8:40 AM Eastern. This incident is closed.

Starting around 4:00 PM Eastern US Time, we are experiencing issues with the Quickbooks. This is actively being investigated and worked on by Quickbooks. We will post another update once performance has returned to normal.

As of 11:45 PM Eastern US Time, Intuit declared that their incident has been resolved. We stopped seeing failures of QuickBooks connected tables by 10:30 PM Eastern US Time. This incident is closed.
