We are experiencing an issue with logging in and accessing Quickbase University (university.quickbase.com) - our online training curriculum platform. Our hosting provider has acknowledged the issue on their end and are working to fix this as soon as possible. There is no impact to the Quickbase platform that hosts Quickbase applications. We apologize for the inconvenience and will provide an update as soon as we have one.

    • resolved · Apr 27, 2026, 02:11 PM UTC

Our hosting provider has deployed a fix for this issue and Quickbase University is working properly again. This incident is closed.

    • resolved · Apr 28, 2026, 03:09 PM UTC

This issue was caused by an unexpected spike in traffic that impacted a vendor supporting the QB University platform. The spike triggered a failure in the vendor’s internal health checks, which temporarily affected login and access to parts of the platform. The vendor identified the issue and restored service shortly after. They have since implemented a fix to prevent this specific failure scenario from recurring. We are working with the vendor to ensure additional monitoring, scaling safeguards, and change management controls are in place to reduce the risk of similar disruptions in the future.

Users may notice increased error rates in logs and failed Pipeline runs until this issue is resolved. We are actively investigating the cause. We will continue to monitor this incident and will provide an update as soon as we have one.

We have identified a mitigation for the issue and began deploying it on April 28. As part of validation, this update was applied to a small set of Pipelines that had experienced some of the highest failure rates during the incident. These Pipelines have since run successfully without errors, including through scheduled overnight executions. Based on these results, we completed a controlled rollout of this change across all customers while continuing to actively monitor system performance. We will continue to share updates as we progress toward a final resolution.

Frequently asked questions

What is Quick Base's uptime?
Over the last 90 days, Quick Base reported 99.62% uptime on its official status page. That figure is calculated from the public incident timeline at https://service.quickbase.com — each minute of degraded, partial-outage, or major-outage status counts against the total. Sign up to Pingoru free to see Quick Base's uptime history rolling forward in real time.
Has Quick Base had outages in 2026?
Yes — Quick Base has had 34 incidents reported on its official status page so far in 2026. The full timeline (start times, durations, components affected) is shown above on this page. Pingoru re-checks the status page every 5 minutes so the count stays current.
When was the last Quick Base outage?
The most recent Quick Base incident was "[Quickbase Status] Notice: Quickbase University Functionality Degraded (Emergency) - Down Time", which started on April 28, 2026 and was resolved on April 28, 2026. Pingoru captured this directly from https://service.quickbase.com. See the full incident card above for affected components and the update timeline.
How often does Quick Base have outages?
Based on the last 90 days, Quick Base averages 11.3 reported incidents per month on its official status page. Pingoru tracks each one with start time, duration, severity, and affected components — so you can see the pattern at a glance instead of digging through the vendor's archive.
Where is Quick Base's status page?
Quick Base's official status page is https://service.quickbase.com. Pingoru polls it every 5 minutes and renders the same data here, alongside every other cloud or SaaS provider you depend on — so you can spot multi-vendor incidents (e.g. AWS + Stripe + Cloudflare degrading at the same minute) without flipping between tabs.
Is Quick Base down right now?
Quick Base has degraded performance. Pingoru checks the official status page every 5 minutes and flips this headline the moment Quick Base reports a change. Current status is based on 351 tracked services.
How does Pingoru know if Quick Base is down?
We read https://service.quickbase.com directly, using Quick Base's own status page. If the vendor reports an incident, you see it within one check cycle — not after someone manually marks the page as down.
Where can I get notified when Quick Base has an outage?
Create a free Pingoru account and add Quick Base as a monitor. You can filter to specific services, pick severity thresholds, and route alerts via email, Slack, Discord, or a webhook.
Quick Base's status page says the service is up, but I'm having issues — what's wrong?
Three common reasons: • A real Quick Base incident that hasn't been acknowledged on their public status page yet — vendor status pages are updated manually and typically lag the first customer reports by 10–30 minutes. • A regional or account-scoped issue affecting a subset of customers — these rarely trigger a global status-page change. • A local problem: ISP / DNS / your own software. Try reproducing from a mobile data connection and from a different network to isolate. If you suspect a real Quick Base issue that isn't reflected yet, contact their support to escalate. Subscribing here means you get the alert the moment they do post an update.
Where does Pingoru get the official Quick Base status?
We use Quick Base's own status page at https://service.quickbase.com and cross-reference their homepage (https://www.quickbase.com). Nothing is read in a way the vendor hasn't explicitly made public — we use the same data their own dashboard uses. So our data is as accurate as what you'd see loading the status page yourself, but rolled into one dashboard alongside every other service you depend on.
What does "Degraded" mean?
Quick Base is reporting degraded performance — services are up but slower than usual, or a subset of requests is failing.

Stop finding out from your users.

We watch Quick Base's official status page every 5 minutes. The moment they report an incident, you get an email — often before the outage is widely noticed.
