    We are experiencing OneDrive Migration Performance Degradation in the US Region. We have determined the source of the problem and will provide guidance to our customers shortly.

    We determined that this issue started in the US region at approximately 6AM UTC on June 15th. No other regions appear to be impacted. We experienced recovery from this issue as of 4PM UTC on June 16th. We are now seeing normal migration activities in the US and other regions. Any OneDrive migration tasks that were running prior to 4PM UTC on June 16th should be canceled and restarted. If in doubt, any OneDrive migration tasks that appear to be hung or not responding should be canceled and restarted. We are still determining exactly what caused this issue to occur so that it can be properly prevented.

    We are experiencing OneDrive Migration Performance Degradation in the US Region. An investigation is currently underway and we will report back soon.

    We determined that this issue started in the US region at approximately 11:22PM UTC on June 18th. No other regions appear to be impacted. We experienced recovery from this issue as of 1:51PM UTC on June 19th. We are now seeing normal migration activities in the US and other regions. Any OneDrive migration tasks that were running prior to 3:51AM UTC on June 19th should be canceled and restarted. If in doubt, any OneDrive migration tasks that appear to be hung or not responding should be canceled and restarted.
