We are aware of an issue that may impact the performance of migration tasks in the ODMSP workload. This includes the SharePoint migration tasks created within the ODM Teams workload. The SharePoint migration tasks will periodically appear to run slow or be stuck. The root cause of the issue is known and fixes are currently underway. We apologize for any inconvenience this is causing and will report back soon.

A fix was deployed successfully. Development is now assessing the results. Development is monitoring for the next 24 to 48 hours to determine if the issue is resolved. We recommend that our customers monitor their SharePoint migration tasks and report any performance concerns to Quest Support.

Development has monitored the performance issue of migration tasks in the ODMSP workload over weekend. Performance has improved significantly in all regions. Development will continue to monitor for any potential problems. Another fix to continue with improvements is planned for Tuesday. There is an issue that occurs sporadically where a migration task logs one event and stops processing. Please stop this task and create and start a new task.

Development has continued to monitor the performance issue of migration tasks in the Migration for SharePoint workload. Performance continues to improve in all regions. Development has determined the root cause for the primary performance issue. A planned fix on Tuesday was delayed to include a more complete fix on Thursday. We will provide another status update on Thursday.

Development has released a fix today to resolve the root cause of the recent performance issue. ODM SharePoint and Teams users can run and submit their SharePoint migration tasks as is.
