We are aware of a potential issue that may impact the User Interface (UI) for Exchange Online migrations for some of the On Demand Migration customers. While the mailbox migration continues to run successfully in the backend, there could be up to a 4-hour delay before the UI for tasks and mailboxes is updated. Please contact the technical support team if you don't see any progress after the 4-hour window has lapsed. We apologize for any inconvenience this is causing and will report back soon.

We have deployed a fix to remediate the delayed events for running migration tasks. However, we continue to work on resolving the progress bar for migration tasks. While the mailbox migration continues to run successfully in the backend, the migration tasks remain at 54% of completion. The task will only be marked as completed when all migrations in the migration task have been completed.

While we continue to work on resolving the issue for the migration progress bar, we want to provide another important update. We are aware of a potential issue that may impact the migration of delegations. While the mailbox migration was completed without errors for delegate migration, not all permissions have been applied to the target mailbox for some customers. We already deployed a fix and recommend all customers to restart the delegates migration before they cutover mailboxes to the target tenant.

While we continue to work on resolving the issue for the migration progress bar, we want to reassure customers that mailbox migration continues to run successfully in the backend. Customers can monitor the task progress via the summary details in the event section of the migration task. The migration tasks will remain at 54% of completion and will only be marked as completed when all mailboxes in the migration task have been completed.
