Our cloud services provider has confirmed that they are experiencing intermittent issues that might impact On Demand customers and impair the functionality of the On Demand products in the AU region. Our cloud provider is actively investigating the issue and will share updates as soon as more is known. Please refer to https://azure.status.microsoft/en-us/status/ for more information on this issue. We are continuing to monitor the situation and will update as soon as we know more.

Our cloud services provider has identified a datacenter cooling issue in the AU region as the underlying cause, has taken steps to fix this issue and is continuing to actively monitor the situation.
