Our cloud services provider has confirmed that they are experiencing issues that might impact some On Demand Migration customers. As a result, provision and migration tasks for M365 Groups may fail for some customers. This includes Microsoft Teams and Group Mailboxes. This only affects M365 Groups provisioned on or after December 7th. Our cloud service provider is actively investigating the issue and tracks the incident under the ID MO697570. Customers can monitor the status in the O365 Admin Center: https://admin.microsoft.com/#/servicehealth/:/alerts/MO697570 We will continue to monitor the situation and update this status as soon as we know more.

Our cloud service provider identified the issue and started to deploy a fix to resolve the service degradation. However, they informed us that it could take up to several hours to deploy the fix across all tenants globally. We will continue to update this status as soon as we have further information from our cloud service provider.
