We are aware of a potential issue that may impact the User Interface (UI) for some of the On Demand Migration customers. While the content migration continues to run successfully in the backend, there could be a delay before the status in the UI is updated for tasks, events, and objects. Our team is already in contact with our cloud service provider, who is actively investigating the issue. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and will update this status as soon as we have more information.

We can confirm that the performance for new migration tasks is improving. However, there may still be some delays in updating the status of tasks, events, and objects for existing migration tasks. We will continue to monitor our services and update this status page.
- resolved Feb 14, 2024, 04:59 PM UTC
Our cloud services provider has confirmed that they are still working on remediating the issue. However, we would like to confirm that our customers currently are not experiencing any further impacts, and there are no delays in new migration tasks, events, and status updates. Additionally, the migration tasks that experienced a delay are now being processed normally and will return to their normal status within the next few hours. We will mark this incident as resolved. If you are still experiencing issues, please contact our technical support team.
