    We are aware of a potential issue in the US region that may impact the performance migration tasks in the ODM Mail workload. Some migration tasks will stop and a 500 Internal Error appears in the log. An investigation is currently underway and we will report back soon.

    The issue has been identified. It doesn't impact mail migrations; but the failure occurs at the very final stage where the task details are updated. Customers should not see a direct impact to their mail migrations.

    The issue is resolved. The issue was determined to be intermittent on our SaaS platform in the US region - possibly due to ongoing Azure maintenance work. Customers should expect to see the final task details updated in their current and new mail migration tasks.
