    We are aware of an issue that prevents customers from running Directory Sync and Device migration tasks in the US region. As a result, customers cannot initiate new migration tasks, and existing migration tasks are not being processed. Our team is already in contact with our cloud service provider, who acknowledged the issue and are actively investigating it. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and will update this status as soon as we have more information.

    Our cloud service provider has resolved the issue, and we can confirm that it has been fixed for affected customers. All ongoing migration tasks will continue automatically, and we will mark this incident as resolved.
