On Sunday, February 23, one of our downstream partners experienced degradation that impacted our text engagement feature (e.g. texting a keyword to 77977) for a short period of time. From 10:48-11:22am PST, donors may have received delays or errors when texting a keyword to 77977. It's important to note that this issue did not impact outbound SMS (e.g. payment confirmation codes). Our engineers worked urgently with downstream partners to resolve the issue.
