A fix has been released to prevent newly created requests from having an incorrect approver. Meanwhile, our team is monitoring requests that may have been created during the error window, and will work on adjusting these order requests to have the right approvers.

      When using the "Create and email PO" functionality when creating a purchase order, emails are not currently being sent to the email addresses provided. Automatic PO emails and emails sent after PO creation continue to function as normal. The issue has been identified and a fix is being implemented.
