    We are aware of an issue impacting Daily Activity logging for some customers. Users may experience errors when saving activities and may see duplicate SISO activity entries. Our team is actively investigating and working toward a resolution. We will provide updates as more information becomes available.

    A fix has been released and our team is monitoring to ensure full resolution. New Daily Activities and SISO entries are posting as expected, and activities that failed to post during the outage have been queued to post retroactively. Our team is reviewing the scope of duplicated entries and working to determine the best path for cleanup. We will provide updates as more information becomes available.
