    The issues experienced this morning on the Procare Desktop software Finger Print Readers and Check In Kiosks have been resolved for all existing stored fingerprints. If existing parents and staff were experiencing issues, please reattempt and fingerprints will now be recognized. However, new fingerprint registrations are still experiencing issues and a correction will be made tonight to resolve this issue. For now, we recommend setting up new registrations with a PIN and password. We apologize for any inconvenience caused and appreciate your patience.     The issues experienced this morning on the Procare Desktop software Finger Print Readers and Check In Kiosks have been corrected for all existing stored fingerprints and new fingerprint registrations. This incident has been resolved.
