The incident has been fully resolved. The Prepr UI, APIs, webhooks are operating normally. The outage was caused by an unexpected side effect following a planned migration of part of our network infrastructure. This resulted in connectivity issues that impacted the availability of the platform. The migration has been stabilized, and corrective measures have been implemented to prevent recurrence. We are continuing to monitor the environment closely. We sincerely apologize for the disruption and appreciate your patience and understanding.

Our supplier has resolved the underlying issue, and the fix has been successfully applied. All systems are now operating normally, and full functionality has been restored.

Cloudflare has implemented a fix, and we are seeing Prepr Personalization other affected services recovering. We believe the impact has been resolved, and all systems should be returning to normal. We will continue to monitor closely to ensure full stability across all services.
