I will be shutting down the dev LDAP cluster to re-index the databases. Expected downtime should only be a few minutes at the most. Development environments will be unable to connect to LDAP during this time. This is to attempt to resolve the issue found in: https://jira.symas.com/browse/PHRG-19 as recommended by Emmanuel.
