Resolved after 19 hours 35 minutes, on June 14, 2016.
The upgrade to 4.2 failed. After upgrading the packages and rebooting the server, I was unable to connect due to the following error: The primary group domain SID () does not match the domain SID() for phrgadmin(). Rolling back to the pre-upgrade snapshot appears to have resolved the connectivity issue. Research appears to be inconclusive for how to resolve this problem.

This will upgrade FS1 to the latest version of Samba (4.2.0). I will be snapshotting the server prior the upgrade in case we need to roll back.
