    We are currently investigating an issue with our Posh Answers and Knowledge Assistants that occurred between 11:36am and 12:00pm EDT. The products are now functioning normally and we will provide another update once we have more detail.

    This outage was caused by an internal API that failed to connect properly to database services after a HA failover. We have implemented improved monitoring and automation for the API to prevent this from occurring again.
