    We are experiencing a settlement file processing failure affecting Amex transactions for Nets Finland acquiring on June 27, 2026. As a result, settlements for that day's Amex transactions will be delayed until the settlement file has been successfully processed. Our teams are working to resolve the issue as quickly as possible and restore normal processing. No action is required from merchants at this time. We will provide an update as soon as processing has resumed. Please note that Amex transactions processed through Nets Denmark are not affected and have been processed according to the normal settlement schedule. This issue is limited to Amex transactions for Nets Finland acquiring on June 27, 2026, and does not affect any other card schemes.
