PocketSmith Outage History

We're applying mitigation measures now, and hope to have the web application and mobile apps available again soon. Will provide more updates soon.

The web application and mobile apps are now back up and running, however you may experience a delay in transactions being imported from bank feeds, for the next 30 minutes or so. Will continue to update here as things evolve, appreciate your patience!

We're currently working on an issue that is delaying syncing and transaction imports from Feeds into PocketSmith. As a result, new transactions available from a feed may take longer than usual to show in PocketSmith. Apologies for the inconvenience; we'll provide timing updates as they become available.

Current estimates indicate that everything will be back to normal in about 8 hours, but feed transaction syncing will continue to be delayed until then. Thanks for your continued patience, we’re continuing to monitor and will update again when we have more information.

Our upstream networking provider is experiencing some issues at present, resulting in delays for bank feed syncing and bringing transactions in from synced feeds. We're currently working with the upstream provider to resolve the situation, and will update here when we have more information.

Feed syncs appear to be completing without issue, however there is still a significant delay in new transactions coming into PocketSmith. We're continuing to work with our upstream provider, and will provide updates as they come to hand.

The bank feed transaction update queues are starting to clear now, and things are beginning to flow normally again. We're continuing to monitor progress and will update here once things have been fully resolved.

Our upstream server providers are working on a fix presently, and we're starting to see some connectivity come back. We hope to be back online soon, and will provide more updates as they happen.

We've identified that the issue exists with the networking layer at our upstream provider. We're in touch with them to get the issue fixed, and will update here as soon as we know more.

Our upstream providers are applying fixes on their side of things, and though we're seeing some improvement, the overall application still remains down. Will update again soon.

The application is now up again, however some functionality is still not available, such as bank feeds. We're continuing to investigate and apply fixes.

Multiple mitigations are currently being put in place to get your feeds in PocketSmith operational again. We're working hard on getting these up and running, and will update again soon.

We have identified an outage with one of our upstream providers, Yodlee, which is impacting feeds powered by them. During this time, some feeds will be unable to be synced or authorized. The outage doesn't impact feeds supplied via other providers, including Akahu in New Zealand and Basiq for CDR open banking in Australia. Yodlee are investigating and we'll update when we know more.

We are again today experiencing an outage with our service provider Basiq, who provide PocketSmith's Australian CDR feeds. The outage is the same issue we experienced yesterday. Affected feeds may show an 'Internal error' in PocketSmith. Basiq have been alerted and we expect them to respond shortly. Once the issue has been rectified, feeds will return to syncing normally and any new data will flow in then.

We have identified an outage with our service provider Basiq which is causing Australian feeds in PocketSmith to fail syncing with an 'Internal error'. We expect the issue to be resolved shortly. Once resolved, your feeds will start successfully syncing and any new data will flow in then. Thanks for your patience while Basiq resolve this outage.
