Arrr! Our trusty message bottle service (Intercom) has sunk beneath the waves. Until it’s back afloat, our support crew can’t read or answer tickets. We’re keeping watch on the horizon and will raise the sails again as soon as it’s restored. Sorry for the inconvenience, matey.

Arrr! Intercom (Chat and Email system) is still taking on water. Their crew is hard at work patchin’ the leaks, and we’re keepin’ a sharp lookout for the all-clear. Until it’s back afloat, our support crew still can’t read or reply to any messages sent to us - but we’ll raise the sails and get back to it the moment service is restored.
