Pexip have identified an issue with SIP Guest Join calls when sharing PowerPoint Live interactive content in a Teams meeting. PPT Live content is not displayed and the interactive content splash screen is displayed instead. This issue is not observed in standard CVI calls. We are currently investigating the issue.

We are working with the Microsoft Engineering team to investigate the PowerPoint Live issue. As a temporary workaround, please share a window or screen from a Teams client when the meeting includes SIP Guest Join VTC participants.

There is an ongoing service degradation with Microsoft Azure, which is affecting calls from Microsoft Teams Rooms to VTC devices. We are currently investigating a workaround to continue service while Microsoft Services are degraded. Microsoft Status Page: https://status.cloud.microsoft/

Since 11:50 AM UTC we have observed intermittent Microsoft Teams Cloud Video Interop (CVI) and Microsoft Teams Rooms (MTR) call failures caused by an issue in a third-party cloud provider’s infrastructure. As a mitigation, we are rerouting CVI and MTR calls to alternate locations and are closely monitoring the status of the provider’s incident.

We have identified an issue where Zoom Rooms may fail to join Microsoft Teams Meetings via the Calendar “Join” button if the invitation does not include CVI (Cloud Video Interop) details. The issue has been reported to Zoom Engineering, and we are working together to resolve it. Workaround: Use the Microsoft Teams button to start the call manually.

We are currently investigating an issue affecting SIP Guest Join calls to Microsoft Teams meetings. Users may be unable to connect to meetings when the Meeting ID is 13 digits long.

A fix has been implemented for the SIP Guest Join call connectivity issue. Our team is now working on a related problem where Microsoft Teams meetings with 13-digit Meeting IDs may not be correctly recognized by Cloud OTJ. A fix for this is currently being implemented.
