Our HAP layer that detects advanced threats had a partial outage in our EU environment that delayed delivering emails to some users. Our support team identified the issue and disabled the HAP layer to prioritize email delivery to all users. Email scanning was done by 6 out of the seven layers of protection. We started recovery of the HAP layer after 31 minutes, and the issue was resolved at 9:01 AM UTC. All emails that were released during the incident were rescanned with all 7 layers of protection
