    Between 4:12 PM and 4:47 PM EST AWS experienced increased error rates for multiple Services. This impacted operations across most AWS Services in Europe (Milan). Additionally, during this time customers may have been unable to authenticate to the AWS Management Console in Europe (Milan). The issue has been resolved and the service is operating normally.
