Multiple features/services related to Payfit’s customer service and help are down due to an ongoing Salesforce incident (https://status.salesforce.com/incidents/20004433). The following impacts can be noticed in the app: Livechat fully unavailable Support “Inbox” empty - users can still create support tickets, but they won’t appear in the Inbox during the incident, and we will only be able to handle them once the incident is solved

Salesforce mitigated the incident on their end, and the Inbox and Live chat features are available again in the Payfit app.

From 12:58 to 13:24 CEST, an AWS outage in the Paris region (power outage in one of their datacenters) caused widespread service disruption across our app and some connected services. While the AWS issue has been resolved, you may have experienced temporary unavailability, delays, or intermittent slowness while it was ongoing or during recovery. We continue to monitor performance and stabilize affected components.
