Paydock is experiencing a higher than expected number of server failures on attempted charges via MPGS. We are investigating the issue and will provide updates as we learn more. This is not an issue with Paydock's API or other acquirer networks but is localised to Mastercard PGS.

We are continuing to see degraded performance on MPGS and will continue to monitor and provide further updates as they arise. We have raised a ticket with MPGS for further clarification.

Transaction process appears to have stabilised on the MPGS platform. We are yet to receive a response from the gateway, but for now we consider this incident to be resolved.
