This is a quick update to inform you that we are still experiencing degraded performance in our Uganda MTN deposit gateway. MTN has temporarily suspended MoMo Advance services due to a planned system upgrade, and customers who use this service to fund deposits are currently unable to do so, resulting in an elevated deposit failure rate. We are closely monitoring the situation and will provide further updates as they become available.
