Cloudflare is experiencing a global outage: https://www.cloudflarestatus.com/incidents/8gmgl950y3h7 They are working on restoring services. The PageProof dashboard, and static/audio/video proofing screens are unaffected and working normally. The web proofing screen is currently unavailable. This is affecting reviewers who are reviewing URL and zipped HTML content.
