OverDrive and Amazon are investigating an ongoing issue with returning borrowed Kindle books. Users who attempt to return books through Amazon will see the book remain on their Libby shelf. What this means for users: - Titles will automatically expire and return at the end of the lending period. - If a user's hold is ready but cannot be borrowed due to a loan limit, the user should tap Suspend on the hold notice. This keeps them at the front of the waitlist while passing the copy to the next person, ensuring they won't lose their spot while this issue is active. - If a user is at their loan limit, they can return other titles such as audiobooks or books read in Libby.
