Ordergroove experienced a minor incident on February 19, 2023 affecting APIs and Admin Dashboard (previously RC3), lasting 1h 31m. The incident has been resolved; the full update timeline is below.

As a result of an automated Google DNS upgrade, some of our internal DNS records aren't able to resolve, which caused degraded performance on some of our APIs. We have identified the issue, we updated the DNS and we are now monitoring the fix.
